Shipping

Canadian orders over $75 will ship for free, otherwise, Canadian parcels ship for flat rate of $12 per parcel. Rural Canadians have a special place in our hearts: if you have a rural postal code (the first number in your postal code is a zero) your order will ship for just $8! 

US and International shipping costs are now set to a flat rate as well: $15 to the United States, $18 to anywhere outside of Canada or the US. All orders that are headed out of Canada that total over $100 will ship for free!

There are a few of our products that, due to licensing restrictions, can't be shipped outside of Canada: they're labelled in the description. Otherwise, though, anything to anyone anywhere! :)

Returns 

We want you to be happy with your purchases ... if you aren't, please contact us right away and we'll see what we can do to make it right. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
